Best Time to visit:

The drier, cooler months of October to March are the best periods of the year to go on the Ajmer Forts & Palaces Day Tour. Walking between the large fort complexes and visiting the palaces is made comfortable by the good weather at this time of year, with moderate temperatures included. Travelling a large view from the forts is also assured by the clear winter skies. It is recommended not to enjoy much outdoor sightseeing during the hot summer months of April to June. While rains can make the trails slippery and potentially make the trek harder, the monsoon from July to September can offer some relief from the heat.
